LiftLab.guru is operated by Frahm Agency. We provide a member experience platform for independent gyms — including AI-generated workout programs, workout logging, progress tracking, and gym communication tools. By using LiftLab.guru, you agree to these terms.
Your account is created by your gym when they invite you to LiftLab.guru. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Your gym is responsible for managing member access on their account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LiftLab.guru. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
LiftLab.guru generates workout programs using AI based on your stated goals, experience level, and your gym's equipment. These programs are general fitness suggestions, not medical advice.
Do not use LiftLab.guru as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. If you have any health condition, injury, or concern, consult a doctor or qualified fitness professional before starting any program generated by this platform.
You use all workout programs at your own risk. LiftLab.guru and Frahm Agency are not liable for any injury, illness, or harm that results from following a generated program.

LiftLab.guru is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During the current beta period, features may change, be added, or be removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frahm Agency and LiftLab.guru are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Your gym controls your access to LiftLab.guru. If your gym ends their relationship with LiftLab.guru, or removes you as a member, your access will end. You may also request deletion of your account by emailing hello@liftlab.guru.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
